About The Position We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Dec 29, 2025. This role involves day shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, focusing on outpatient primary care within a hospital setting. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing diabetes and familiarity with outpatient clinic operations. Job Details Location : Arizona Facility Type : Outpatient Primary Care Clinic within a hospital Start Date : Dec 29, 2025 LOA : 120 days Provider Type Needed : Family Practice Physician Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. Diagnose and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide effective patient care. Utilize the RPMS EMR system for documentation and management of patient records. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures. Additional Information Required certifications : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Experience in IHS facilities is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should hold any necessary state medical licenses.
