Dispatcher

Indian Trail, NC | Full-Time | In-Office

Waste Agents is a growing dumpster rental and waste management company serving NC, SC, GA, and TN. We’re looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Indian Trail, NC . This role keeps our operations moving — scheduling dumpster deliveries, pickups, and swaps while supporting both customers and drivers.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch dumpsters and drivers using GPS / dispatch software

Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues and keep jobs on track

Update schedules throughout the day for maximum efficiency

Enter new customer accounts, process deposits, and track service tickets

Support managers and sales with scheduling needs

Requirements

2+ years of dispatch or customer service experience ( transportation or waste industry a plus )

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent phone and communication abilities

Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred

Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

High school diploma or equivalent
