The Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Allergy, and Immunology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty member specializing in pediatric allergy / immunology. Candidates will be at the assistant professor level of the clinical educator track.

In addition, our Pediatric Allergy / Immunology program is the only?Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center for Primary Immunodeficiency?in the state of Florida, providing state-of-the-art diagnostic, research, and therapeutic modalities for children and adolescents with primary immune deficiency including :
In addition to delivering excellent patient care, the faculty member will also be responsible for educating fellows, residents, and medical students.
The physician candidate will have a strong interest in clinical and / or translational research as the position requires development and participation in original research for which extramural funding should be sought. The allergy / immunology program is currently involved in research related to stem cell transplantation and works closely with UM’s growing Bone Marrow Transplant program.
