Analysis & Reporting (A&R) Training Developers Level 1

A&R TRAINING DEVELOPER – LEVEL 1 Location :

• Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo, Texas | Type : Full-Time | Clearance : TS / SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Overview DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an Analysis & Reporting (A&R) Training Developer – Level 1 with strong SIGINT expertise to support training programs across the Intelligence Community.
• In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver instructional materials in multiple modalities, including transcription, translation, analysis, and blended learning.
• You will collaborate with government stakeholders, instructors, and SIGINT SMEs to align training with mission requirements and prepare the next generation of intelligence professionals.
• Key Responsibilities Translate operational requirements into clear training objectives and instructional materials.
• Research classified and unclassified sources to inform curriculum development.
• Develop task-based training materials for transcription, translation, and analysis exercises.
• Leverage tools such as Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premiere for blended learning.
• Collaborate with SIGINT SMEs and government stakeholders to refine and validate content.
• Create assessments and practical evaluations to measure student proficiency.
• Recommend technologies and applications to enhance instructional delivery.
• Coordinate closely with government and contractor instructors to meet program objectives.
• Minimum Qualifications Active TS / SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (in-scope CI polygraphs considered with CCA pending FS adjudication).
• Bachelor’s degree in Language, Area Studies, Education, Educational Technology, ISD, Intelligence, or related field; OR four additional years of applied experience in lieu of degree (total nine years).
• At least one year of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) experience within the last four years, including synchronous / asynchronous delivery and adult learning methodologies.
