Senior Program Coordinator

Job Description

Position Summary :

The Senior Program Coordinator the operations team in a market in the development and operations of programs. This person must be able to work in a team environment, but also able to own projects and work closely with the team and physician partners. Data analysis, creativity, positive energy, presentation skills, and the willingness to learn are the primary characteristics for this position.

This is a hybrid opportunity in Syracuse, NY

Minimum Experience

• 2+ years of experience with customer service and / or office support
• Strong in Excel - manipulating data / tables / look ups - etc.
• Experience working in a physician practice or within health plan operations is preferred
• Experience in EMR is preferred

1. Computer Skills : Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

b. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
