Site Supervisor / Landscaping Crew Leader (West MI / Benton Harbor)

We’re looking for a  Site Supervisor / Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team in West Michigan. This hybrid role includes both hands-on crew leadership and supporting day-to-day operations across our West Michigan branches.

What You’ll Do :

Lead landscaping and enhancement crews in the field as needed

Support branch operations including scheduling, logistics, and job quality checks

Assist with training, safety compliance, and client satisfaction

Help manage snow operations during the winter season at the Benton Harbor location

What We’re Looking For :

A current Michigan Chauffeur’s License, or willingness to obtain one before starting (at your own cost) - Required

Preferred : Valid MDARD Pesticide Applicator Licenses (3A, 3B, and 6)

Experience in site supervision or landscape operations leadership - Required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to respond to snow events quickly — must live within 30 minutes of Benton Harbor

You’d be responsible for :

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded
• Monitor site quality daily and ensure crews are addressing deficiencies daily
• Deliver services as specified on client site
• Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work
• Coordinate service execution with Operation Manager
• Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members (may include working in the field with teams)
• Supervising snow removal operations in Benton Harbor
• Monitor the weather and call in employees and subcontractors and working throughout snowfall events in Benton Harbor, MI
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew member(s)
• Work with Crew Leader / Operations Manager, helping to develop and train crew members
• Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order
• Participate in branch meetings as directed
• Ensure crew time is accurately captured.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
