Job Title : RN Wellness Director

Location : Lake Ridge, VA

Schedule : Monday–Friday, No weekends

Pay : $77,000–$88,000 / year (based on experience)

Job Type : Full-time | On-site

Setting : Independent Living – Continuing Care Retirement Community

Overview :

We're hiring an experienced RN to serve as Wellness Director for a respected retirement community in Lake Ridge, VA. This full-time, weekday position oversees wellness services for Independent Living residents and employee health initiatives. Ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys education, autonomy, and improving systems of care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate onsite wellness clinic and provide direct nursing care
• Deliver wellness education and health programming for residents
• Coordinate employee health screenings (e.g., PPDs, referrals)
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Manage resident assessments, documentation, and transitions of care
• Collaborate with HR and clinical leadership on wellness goals
• Serve as emergency response RN for IL residents as needed
