Shift Differentials :

2nd Shift : +$0.75 / hour

3rd Shift : +$1.00 / hour

Schedule : Flexible scheduling. This is a pool PRN position, including rotating weekends and holidays

What You'll Do :

Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community

Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff

Maintain residential units and shared spaces to a high standard

Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all

Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship

What You'll Need :

1-3 years of maintenance experience required

Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
