Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate a business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor newer team members

Facilitate client meetings to gather and document requirements and explore solutions

Create test scenarios and plans to verify that client requirements are met in system design

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Health Care / Health Insurance

Strong background in Medicaid and claim processing using Institutional and Physician claim forms

Knowledge of Prior Authorization and related healthcare concepts

Experience with project and change management tools such as ALM, iTrace / rTrace

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and waterfall methodology
