Executive Assistant (C-Suite Expertise)

Location : Hurst, TX
One World Recovery Network (OWRN) is seeking an experienced, highly organized Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic partner and right hand to the CEO. This role requires exceptional judgment, writing skill, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will manage the CEO’s time, communications, and priorities with precision and professionalism, creating systems that keep work moving and decisions clear.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and priorities for efficient time management.
- Prepare meeting briefs, talking points, decision memos, and follow-up summaries.
- Coordinate board, funder, and partner meetings and materials with accuracy.
- Plan and support meetings and events, including tech setup and logistics.
- Translate goals into project plans, track milestones, and deadlines.
- Conduct targeted research and develop executive reports and summaries.
- Draft, proof, and send executive communications, national and domestic.
- Create polished presentations, one-pagers, and whitepapers for publication.
- Maintain organized digital systems across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Workspace.
- Streamline workflows and create efficient, documented processes.
- Coordinate (national and domestic) travel, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 10+ years of executive-level administrative experience may substitute.Minimum 5 years supporting senior or C-Suite leaders in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to write and edit in an executive voice.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and maintain accuracy.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with sound judgment.Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.Thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven culture.Technology
