A company is looking for a Skip & Loss Prevention Specialist responsible for investigating and preventing financial losses.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct skip tracing and internet research for assigned accounts
Make outbound calls to resolve customer accounts and monitor inbound collections
Identify trends in first payment defaults and report findings to the Resolution Team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
2 years of customer service experience required
Financial industry experience preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
