The Director Operations & Department Administrator II will engage in activities to enable the provision of high quality, patient and family centered care for services at NMG. Under the direction of the Vice President of operations and Chair of Radiology, and in partnership with the Medical staff, and Nursing Leadership, the Director Service Line and Department Administrator (Radiology) will ensure that progressive and coordinated strategies for the delivery of patient care will be implemented across the campus.
The Director Operations & Department Administrator II is responsible for managing all aspects of departmental administration including financial affairs, faculty affairs, the Clinical Practice, human resources, academic affairs, and various other issues. This position is responsible for administering the operations of the Clinical Practice and for ensuring that all organizational policies and procedures are appropriately implemented.
