In this role you will serve as the Human Resources contact for recruitment and employee relations for your designated corporate team within our growing company!

Responsibilities

  • Partner with an experienced HR Business Partner and department leaders on workforce needs, talent strategies and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate on recruiting, internal transfers, job postings and interview processes.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions, leveling and compensation alignment.
  • Advise on HR policies, employee relations and terminations.
  • Support key HR processes like annual compensation reviews and cross-functional HR coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources (HR), business or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships within multiple layers of the organization and handle confidential information.
