Job Title : Customer Service Representative (Technical & Wholesale Support)

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

Location : Irvine, CA (On-site)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Training : 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM)

Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

A leading dental equipment and supply company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its technical support and wholesale operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This position is based in Irvine, CA and requires on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to wholesale customers via phone and email
  • Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate mailing of product literature and samples to sales representatives
  • Track and manage inventory of printed materials and brochures
  • Handle domestic travel arrangements for company personnel
  • Organize and file purchase orders and dental journals in the company library
  • Process and fulfill wholesale customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Interface with the equipment sales and service teams to support customer needs
  • Assist direct sales team with technical support during high-volume periods
  • Prepare and process monthly commission reports for key dealers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or inside sales role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (intermediate level preferred)
  • CRM experience required; knowledge of Great Plains is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable working with all levels of staff in a professional environment
