Schedule Night shift, 4x12-hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) with a minimum of 1 year of independent experience in a general emergency department. This position involves managing patients with mixed acuity levels and requires proficiency in various emergency procedures and protocols. Responsibilities Manage and care for patients in an emergency setting. Administer medications and blood products, including central line care and management. Perform IV therapy, phlebotomy, and maintain IV lines. Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and dysrhythmias. Provide emergency medications, including IV vasopressors and sedation. Implement isolation precautions and manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction / failure. Support interdisciplinary teams and collaborate for comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience required. Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS. Preferred experience with Epic charting system.
