We're seeking a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist to support daily HR and Recruitment operations, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR records & prepare HR documents.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration & employee inquiries.
  • Assist with compliance and HR policy updates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
  • Coordinate intake calls, interviews, and hiring KPIs.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition reporting & background checks.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Partners to align recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related.
  • 2+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment & performance management.
  • Proficient in HRIS / ATS (Ceridian Dayforce preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills.
