Key Responsibilities
Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
Assist customers with digital banking services and troubleshoot issues across various computing environments
Attend meetings for ongoing development and adhere to performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution
Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Expertise in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
