Special Events Coordinator
The University often presents its public face through mission-driven events that build community, celebrate achievements, and advance philanthropic goals. The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the successful planning, logistics, and execution of high-impact events for the University. This part-time position works collaboratively across departments to foster alumni engagement, donor cultivation, and institutional pride. In addition to leading specific event projects, this role plays a key part in developing consistent planning processes and supporting a centralized event infrastructure. The position will focus on cross-unit project management, coordination, and delivery of five core events : Homecoming, Stanislav & Friends Gala, the Annual Golf Tournament, Founder's Day, and select support for the Park ICM Concert Series.

Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
