Paving Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery such as rollers, tractors, or paving equipment to ensure high-quality project completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and make informed decisions on-site.
  • Maintain a clean and valid California Driver's License and ensure insurability by the company's carrier.

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in paving operations, including roller, operator, and screed positions.
  • Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and backhoes.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.
  • Motivation and drive to deliver quality projects.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
  • Experience in public works projects is an advantage.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract position based out of Kingsburg, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
