Building Management System Technician

A company is looking for a Building Management System (BMS) Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Install, adjust, repair, and troubleshoot controls of HVAC and building control systems

Operate and maintain building automation computers, creating and adjusting programs and graphics

Isolate and correct building control system failures, providing support to facility-based personnel

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree and 2 years of experience in building automation programming or equivalent

Advanced skills in troubleshooting, installing, and repairing industrial building automation systems

Ability to read low voltage electrical wiring diagrams and understand HVAC equipment operations

Proficiency in standard business applications such as word processing and spreadsheets

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
