IT Field Service Technician – Break / Fix

Location : Waukesha, WI 53186 (within 40-mile radius)

Pay Rate : $19 / hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime and afterhours as needed

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Field Service Technician to provide break / fix support and respond to service requests for various equipment. This role requires hands-on printer repair experience and strong customer service skills. The technician will dispatch directly from their home address and travel daily to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform break / fix support for a variety of equipment.
• Provide hands-on printer repair and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLAs.
• Document service activity, repairs, and case details accurately.
• Travel daily within a 40-mile radius (average 50–100 miles per day).
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
