Overview :
- Traditional Pediatric practice - Outpatient / Inpatient
- Call is 1 : 4
- Level II Nursery
- Average clinic patients 16-22
- Established patient base
- Low inpatient census - limited to kids needing fluids or antibiotics
- Transfers sent to Milwaukee, Madison, or Rockford
- Flexible schedule offering a great work / life balance
- Significant practice autonomy with the ability to guide your own practice while seeing the full outpatient spectrum of pediatrics
- Low physician turnover rate
