We're Hiring : Bilingual CSR (Bengali)!
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Bengali to provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base. This onsite position is ideal for candidates fluent in Bengali and English who thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment and are passionate about supporting public health programs and underserved communities.
Location : Onsite - New York City, NY
Role : Bilingual CSR (Bengali)
Schedule : Full time - 40 hours per week
What You'll Do :
- Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries regarding enrollment services
- Assist clients with health plan selection and managed care education
- Process enrollment and disenrollment forms accurately
- Support mailroom and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of consumer interactions
- Escalate issues to the appropriate staff when needed
- Provide Bengali - English interpretation for non-English-speaking clients
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on program updates

Required :
Must be available to work onsite in New York, NY 10004High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)Fluency in both Bengali and English (spoken and written)Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or human servicesTyping speed of 35 WPM or higherStrong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedPreferred :
