The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing quality support and prompt response to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. The role acts as the interface between the customers and the internal production and procurement teams, while ensuring agreements and expectations are met.

Responsibilities include :

  • Conducts order validations and entries in SAP
  • Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery
  • Monitors and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns
  • Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production
  • Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation
  • Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System

Qualifications include :

Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience 2 or more years of Customer Service or Industry-relevant professional experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred Communication & Collaboration : Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Innovation : Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
