Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Saturdays 7 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

Superior Product Distributors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Yard & Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced yard and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is conscientious, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You’ll interact with a variety of customers and coworkers, so strong tact and good judgment are essential. Prior experience with construction materials, equipment, and material handling is preferred.

Responsibilities :

Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and accurately.

Stage, organize, and verify materials for delivery or pickup.

Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain and organize yard, warehouse, and storage areas.

Support inventory counts and assist with cycle checks.

Assist customers and drivers with material loading and unloading.

Ensure all materials are labeled and stored properly.

Follow safety procedures and report any equipment or yard issues.

Perform light maintenance and housekeeping of yard areas and equipment.

Qualifications :

1–2 years of yard, warehouse, or shipping / receiving experience preferred.

Forklift operation experience required; valid forklift permit preferred.

Experience with front-end loaders or similar equipment is a plus.

Ability to lift to 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round.

Basic understanding of construction materials and material handling.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Basic computer or scanning system experience a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
