We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 12-week contract at an ambulatory care outpatient pharmacy in Viroqua, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with retail experience to support a busy outpatient setting.
Schedule :
Monday Friday : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM
Rotating Saturdays : 8 : 30 AM 12 : 30 PM
Responsibilities :
- Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Support daily pharmacy operations in an outpatient ambulatory care setting
- Deliver excellent patient care and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
System / Software : CarePoint and Epic
