Job Details

What You’ll Do

Manage core accounting functions : Oversee general ledger entries, fixed assets, lease accounting, and other technical areas.

Leverage ERP systems : Use your ERP expertise to streamline financial reporting, improve data accuracy, and enhance process efficiency.

Partner with operations : Collaborate with manufacturing teams to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decisions.

Ensure compliance : Apply accounting standards and best practices while maintaining accurate financial records.

Create meaningful reports : Develop spreadsheets, presentations, and analyses to communicate results to stakeholders.

Travel as needed : Visit manufacturing sites to understand processes and strengthen collaboration with on-the-ground teams.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required).

3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (internships count!).

Strong technical accounting skills, including general ledger, fixed assets, and lease accounting standards.

Hands-on ERP systems experience.

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

Willingness to travel occasionally to company sites and comply with required safety standards.
