This is an active / working, hands-on supervisory role.
The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for providing prompt, professional and hands-on food & beverage service to restaurant & bar guests while overseeing outlet staff and operations to maximize profits and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Job Functions
Oversee assigned shift operations for the restaurant and / or bar while performing duties as a server and / or bartender.
Supervise and support employees to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
Set up assigned work areas (bar, restaurant, or other F&B outlets) according to established standards.
Ensure adherence to beverage and service guidelines, including knowledge of standard and specialty cocktails, beer, and wine selections.
Assign, monitor, and verify completion of side work and other operational tasks.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, updates, and service expectations.
Order and manage daily supplies for assigned outlets.
Follow up on staff training and development to maintain consistency and quality service.
Handle guest comments and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and recovery when needed.
Maintain an active presence on the floor during peak hours to support staff and guests.
Observe, coach, and correct staff performance as needed to uphold service standards.
Monitor food preparation and beverage presentation for consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of all Food & Beverage outlets.
Open and close restaurant / bar shifts, including performing necessary administrative and banking procedures.
Prepare and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor cost control measures, including labor, payroll, and beverage inventory.
Oversee bar controls such as shot glass use, pour accuracy, and bottle inventory.
Comply with all liquor laws, including :
Prohibiting the sale or service of alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures (including CPR) and take proactive measures to prevent accidents.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Hotel-Specific Essential Functions
Ability to perform multiple roles within F&B, including server, bartender, host, or server assistant as business demands.
Lead by example and provide coaching or disciplinary action when appropriate.
Communicate effectively and proactively with all departments to resolve issues.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring recovery and a memorable guest experience.
Open and close all outlets, including overseeing employee bank closings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, promoting teamwork, respect, and collaboration.
Flexibility to assist in other areas of hotel operations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a server and / or bartender.
Supervisory or lead experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and lead by example.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
