What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity in and around the location to the appropriate personnel.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.Collaborate with Allied Universal leadership and retail staff to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and employees.Complete required reports and documentation of incidents and activities during assigned shifts.What We're Looking For :
