Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition and onboarding strategies aligned with organizational goals
Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding program to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires
Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience
Minimum 5 years of human resource experience, preferably in a shared service onboarding environment
Experience in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the onboarding process
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
