Job Summary :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tier 2 Systems Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to support our business systems team and user base. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting escalated issues, resolving application-related problems, and supporting business users across finance, supply chain, operations, and other functional areas.
You’ll work closely with Tier 1 support, business analysts, functional consultants, and developers to ensure timely resolution of issues and help improve system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to and resolve escalated D365 F&O support requests from Tier 1 support teams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues related to finance, procurement, sales, inventory, production, and other modules.
- Analyze root causes, document findings, and recommend long-term solutions.
- Perform configuration updates, data fixes, and workflow adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify and implement bug fixes and enhancements.
- Support system integrations, data interfaces, and batch job monitoring related to D365.
- Provide user guidance and support for process-related or system-related inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to internal documentation.
- Participate in regression testing, UAT, and release deployments when needed.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Follow incident / change management procedures.
Qualifications : Required :
2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or AX).Solid understanding of core D365 F&O modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, and Inventory.Experience working in a Tier 2 or application support capacity.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services), Azure DevOps, and environment management.Working knowledge of security roles, workflows, and batch jobs in D365.Strong communication skills to interface with business and technical stakeholders.Preferred :
Experience with data management framework (DMF), Power Platform (Power Automate / Power BI), and SQL for data investigation.Exposure to integrations using REST APIs or data entities.Soft Skills :
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tickets or priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player who works well across departments.Eager to learn and grow with evolving D365 updates and features.
