Senior Operations Manager – Distribution Center | Nebraska

Are you a proven leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in large-scale distribution environments? The Newell Group is partnering with a premier distribution facility in Nebraska to find a Senior Operations Manager who will lead day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee inventory flow and ensure efficient operations within a 500,000 sq / ft distribution facility.

Lead and manage diverse teams to achieve peak performance and productivity.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and enhance service delivery.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of management experience in a distribution environment.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

Track record of driving operational improvements and delivering measurable results.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
