Site Safety Manager Production Center

Our client, a leader in the beverage production industry, is seeking a Site Safety Manager, Production Center to join their team.

As the Manager, Site Safety, you will be part of the Production Center leadership team, supporting plant operations and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills that align with the organization's values.

Job Title : Manager, Site Safety Production Center Location : Elmsford, NY Pay Range : $85,000 $105,000

What's the Job?

  • Partner with the Plant Manager to strengthen and drive a culture of "100% safe, 100% of the time."
  • Develop and implement safety policies, programs, and training across production, warehouse, and distribution operations.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and create systems, audits, and inspections to drive performance.
  • Leverage data and assessments to identify risks, hazards, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and employees to develop multi-year safety strategies and measurable goals.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field (Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum 3+ years of field safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, FMCSA / DOT, CDC, DOH, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel (1050% locally or nationally).
