We’re partnering with a leading dental clinic committed to providing exceptional patient care and hands-on learning experiences for dental students. We are seeking a Clinic Administrator with an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with chairside support duties.

Location : San Francisco, CA

Pay : $30-$36 / hr (DOE)

Work Type : 3-6 months, high chance of extension

Start Date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within the dental clinic, including patient scheduling, chart management, and coordination of daily clinic operations.
  • Assist chairside during patient procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort.
  • Maintain compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
  • Support faculty, students, and staff by coordinating clinical activities and ensuring smooth patient flow.
  • Manage and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, students, and dental professionals.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of California (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on dental experience , including chairside assisting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience in an academic or dental clinic environment preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) a plus.
