Requirements

Your Role : As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll make outbound calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team.

What You Will Do...

  • Research businesses that can benefit from our diverse services.
  • Make 50-100 outbound sales calls and emails daily, engaging prospects with enthusiasm.
  • Schedule appointments to connect prospective clients with our sales team.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) with detailed notes and scheduled calls.
  • Generate and track reports based on your outreach and results.
  • Surpass monthly metrics aimed at lead generation and business growth.
  • Send follow-up communications and marketing materials to prospects.
  • Participate in and manage social media and email campaigns.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects to support our mission.

  • Receive training with potential career growth to outside sales roles.

    • Requirements :

  • A high school diploma; a college degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound calling or similar roles.
  • A zest for organization and following a systematic approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software is highly valued.

    City Wide Facility Solutions offers a competitive compensation and benefits, 26.00 and hour including commission and bonus, for this position. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, vision and PTO.
