Job Summary :
The Psychiatrist provides high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan, with a focus on underserved and complex populations. As part of Care Alliance's integrated behavioral health team, the Psychiatrist will collaborate with Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISWs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), case managers, primary care providers, and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed care. This role emphasizes diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and collaboration with behavioral health staff to support patients' recovery and wellness. Requirements :
