Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
• Provide patient and family education on communication strategies and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Utilize digital health tools and platforms to support assessment, treatment, and patient engagement.
• Participate in research initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and HIPAA standards.

Skills & Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current state licensure (Massachusetts) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.

Experience working with individuals with neurological conditions strongly preferred.

Familiarity with standardized speech and language assessment tools and evidence-based treatment methods.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Comfort with technology, including digital health platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation : $100,000 – $110,000 per year including bonus and strong equity
