Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Provide patient and family education on communication strategies and therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Utilize digital health tools and platforms to support assessment, treatment, and patient engagement.
- Participate in research initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and HIPAA standards.
Skills & Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Current state licensure (Massachusetts) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.Experience working with individuals with neurological conditions strongly preferred.Familiarity with standardized speech and language assessment tools and evidence-based treatment methods.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Comfort with technology, including digital health platforms and electronic health records.Job Type : Full-time

Compensation : $100,000 – $110,000 per year including bonus and strong equity
