Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Triage Nurse located in Corbin, KY. The Triage Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions over the phone, providing appropriate medical advice, triaging patients based on their symptoms, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care. Day-to-day tasks include managing patient inquiries, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring patients receive timely and adequate medical attention.

Qualifications

• Medicine, Nursing, and Triage skills
• Experience in Telephone Triage
• Ability to maintain and manage Medical Records effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Proficiency in using medical software and technologies
