Description :

This position is for a licensed clinical social worker in a behavioral health unit.

The unit specializes in detox and low acuity patients with suicidal ideation, mild anxiety, and depression.

Typical length of stay for patients is around five days.

Floating to sister units is required for continuous assessment to cover absences.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of crisis intervention and patient assessment.

This role requires complying with a strict attendance policy with zero tolerance for tardiness or unexcused absences.

All candidates will be required to pass an EKG exam prior to compliance.

Candidates must be prepared for the EKG exam and aware of its requirements.

Education verification through a third party is required.

Candidates with open cases on background checks will not be accepted.

Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be considered.
