A leading real estate developer and operator is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support the lease-up of a newly constructed luxury residential community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile project during a critical phase of growth.

Your new role

As a Leasing Consultant , you will play a key role in driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional resident experience. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the leasing process during the lease-up phase. Key responsibilities include :

  • Leasing a portfolio of luxury residential units, including both long-term and short-term rentals
  • Managing unit setup, furnishing, maintenance coordination, and cleaning schedules
  • Conducting property tours, managing applications, and closing leases
  • Leading cost-saving initiatives such as in-house maintenance and tech-driven efficiencies
  • Supporting inspections, evictions, and construction coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining high standards of presentation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in luxury residential leasing
  • Lease-up experience with new developments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing environment
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to operations and team collaboration
