What will I do?

  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering satisfaction, loyalty, and strong relationships.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Grand Missouri Bank's policies, products, and services to offer informed assistance.
  • Ensure accuracy and security when processing transactions and managing account documentation.
  • Consult with customers, identify cross-selling opportunities, and make referrals to other bank services.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and tactfully, upholding Grand Missouri Bank's reputation.
  • Foster teamwork and professionalism within the office while supporting efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold security standards for customer and bank-related information.
  • Represent Grand Missouri Bank ethically and professionally, supporting community banking initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the bank to resolve complex customer issues or streamline processes.
  • Generate reports and provide feedback on customer trends and needs to inform business strategies.Position requirements :
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • Prior experience in retail customer service is preferred.
  • Prior experience with cash handling and balancing is preferred.
