The Environmental Service Aide I performs a variety of cleaning tasks in order to maintain a clean environment for school, research, visitors, and staff at the Nutley Campus.

Responsibilities include :

• Maintains all floor surfaces.
• Performs repetitive cleaning operations throughout the work day under specific instructions with little need for individual judgment in working out job problems.
• Works with frequent contact with water and cleaning solutions.
• Moves furniture as required.
• Lifts a minimum of 50 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 50 lbs. and stands a minimum of length of shift.
• Adheres to the standards identified by the Facilities Department at the Roche Nutley Campus.
• Other duties and / or projects as assigned.
• Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
