We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Morgan City, Louisiana. In this role, you will support the marketing team by ensuring the proper installation of promotional materials at designated locations. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the staffing office to confirm receipt of all necessary materials before starting assignments.
• Install promotional signage, including framed posters and graphic clings, at specified laundromat locations.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach and appropriate demeanor while representing the company.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the day to address any challenges or updates.
• Provide detailed documentation and feedback after completing installations.
• Follow provided instructions for material handling and location setup.
• Utilize Dropbox to access and share required files and guidelines.
• Adhere to scheduled timelines and complete tasks within the allocated hours.
• Travel between assigned locations using reliable transportation.
• Represent the company with a positive and outgoing attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Proficiency in using platforms like Dropbox for file sharing.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Neat appearance and adherence to business casual dress code.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage effectively with others.
