Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
  • Interpret and follow installation instructions and blueprints to ensure proper system functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to explain technical information and offer guidance on system operations.
  • Inspect and test system components to ensure installations meet safety and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities and submit necessary documentation.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company standards during installation procedures.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, preferably within a variety of environments.
  • Certification or technical training in HVAC systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
