Overview

Capital Real Estate Litigation boutique in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to provide immediate value to their CRE practice group.

Responsibilities

Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate documents; manage commercial real estate closings; navigate sophisticated transactions autonomously; collaborate in an in-office team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial real estate documents and managing closings.
• AmLaw or sophisticated boutique background; strong academic credentials.
• Live in Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate.
• Autonomous, self-directed, capable of operating with little oversight.
