Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Casual Call Float Nurseto support the facilities located in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse! We arelooking for individuals to join our team of dedicated and hardworking nursesserving the many residents of our retirement and life communities. In thisrole, you will assist residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care and occasionallyin Independent Living +.
What You'll Do
Fill part-time roles and / or fill in for vacations,leaves, and / or vacanciesComplete nursing tasks, supervision of residentcare and servicesEnsure residents receive proper care andtreatment, that their health and safety are protected and promoted and thattheir rights are respectedOur Assisted Living nurses are responsible forthe supervision of the Resident Care Assistants regarding distribution anddocumentation of medications, treatments and side effects of medicationsPhysical and behavioral assessments ofresidents, creation and maintenance of Individual Service Plans utilizing staffinput, maintaining compliance with DHS 83 & DHS 89, Program statements, andBethany Lutheran Homes, Inc. policies and proceduresWhat You'll Need
Must be currently licensed to practice in theState of Wisconsin as either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseMust have demonstrated interest ingerontological nursing including rehabilitative and restorative clinicalpractices, diabetic care, memory care and end of life careExperience working in assisted living, long-termcare and / or community health is beneficial, but not required-We will train theright fit for our team!Valid driver's license with safe driving recordOur Wages
Starting rate for Licensed Practical Nurses isbetween $27.25 and $32.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualificationsStarting wages for Registered Nurses is between$34.50 and $39.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualificationsWe'll review your wage at 6 months - we pay forhigh performance!Our Benefits
