Job Description :

Community First Broadcasting in Storm Lake, IA is accepting applications for an On-Air Personality and Assistant News Director.

Work in a community that has a nationally ranked university, award-winning healthcare, beautiful lake, and a strong retail district.

We believe in being local and relevant and are looking for someone with great personality and a passion for radio. Play by play ability is a big plus as we broadcast high school and college sports year round.

Position Responsibilities :

• Live daily air shift
• Appearances at station promotions and remote broadcasts
• Commercial production and audio editing through Adobe Audition
• Assisting news casts on-air and covering and writing news stories
• Engaging listeners through social media
• Play by Play sports coverage experience would be a great plus, but not required
• Comfortable engaging and utilizing social media
• Other various duties as needed

Bi-Lingual preferred.
