POSITION SUMMARY :

The Barback Team Member will assist with all aspects of event, bar and / or food & beverage operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :

• Assists guests with questions about the event / facility
• Coordinates and executes tasks based on the Event Operations Worksheet (EOW) for each event
• Assists with all aspects of event setup and tear-down
• Serves as the bar back for single / multiple bar stations during events
• Helps provide timely client and guest feedback to the Event Coordinator
• Oversees and assists in post-event cleaning as needed
• Complete any other special projects and daily assignments as directed by the Banquet & Bar Supervisor
