Registered Nurse Supervisor

A company is looking for an RN Supervisor, Concurrent Review.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the RN Reviewer team and manage daily operational activities

Monitor nurse productivity and provide performance feedback to ensure consistency

Train and develop new RNs while leading team meetings and capturing process efficiency ideas

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license to practice

2-3 years of supervisory or management experience

Knowledge of NCQA / CMS requirements and clinical criteria guidelines

Prior Authorization or Utilization Management experience

Experience supervising and training in a remote work environment
