Location :  Pleasant Prairie, WI, 53158

Pay Range :   $25 / hr. - $40 / hr. (based on the experience).

Job Start :  ASAP

Job Type :   Outpatient (Physician & Clinic Setting) Permanent Role - Full Time

Shift :  08 : 00 AM - 04 : 30 PM (30-minute unpaid meal break) Mon - Fri

Working Hours :   40 hrs / week guaranteed

Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment. This role is centered around ongoing patient care management, bridging episodic and long-term health needs. The ideal candidate is a patient-focused team player with strong clinical assessment skills and a dedication to excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for clinic patients.
• Provide phone triage and determine the appropriate level of care and follow-up.
• Facilitate patient and family education related to treatments and care plans.
• Administer medications and immunizations in accordance with established procedures.
• Support diagnostic testing and coordinate orders from providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
